Dear Robert,

What is up with the new Saginaw City Website? At least Mayor Ham and her staff made themselves available to residents through email and responded promptly.

It appears Mayor Cottrell has stepped back in time and has robbed residents of this valuable resource? Has the Mayor bought some bad advice? Since she has little money to work with, why not have Saginaw students administer this for free in class, filter her mail and set her up a my space and youtube page and reach out to the people that voted her in?

It is proven the internet is much more cost effective than the phone, plus she has a free resource to assist with recovery of this city.
